  • How can I see what product options are available?

  • How much does a consultation cost?

    Professional consultations and precise window measurements are done at no cost to you.

  • Is a deposit required to place my order?

    A 50% deposit is collected before your order will be placed. The remaining balance will be paid on the installation day.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Shutter orders can take six to eight weeks. All other products can take two to three weeks.

  • How long does installation take?

    Installation time will depend on how many windows you have and what products you choose. Most products can be installed in a few hours, while larger, complex jobs may take all day.

  • If I’m replacing my old blinds, do I need to take them down before the new products are installed?

    Our goal is to make your experience as stress-free as possible, so you can leave the old blinds up and the professional installer will take them down and dispose of them for you.

  • Do I need to move my furniture away from the windows on installation day?

    Many times the installer can work around the furniture without it being moved. However, if this is not possible and the furniture needs to be moved, the installer can move it for you if you feel comfortable. If you have furniture or belongings that you do not want to be moved by the installer, they will need to be moved prior to the installation appointment.
